Context
Overnight we printed a 6,818 high, then sold off into 6,762, briefly sweeping below the December low (6,771) before buyers stepped in aggressively. That sweep likely cleared liquidity sitting under the level. Price then rebounded to the overnight high at 6,832 and is now rotating between 6,818 and ~6,800. The structural shift here is important: The market swept the key level and reclaimed it, which often sets up a higher-low continuation pattern rather than immediate breakdown. As long as 6,771 holds, the market has room to build higher toward 6,840–6,849 and eventually test the daily moving averages overhead. A clean loss of 6,771, however, invalidates the sweep and likely rotates price toward the 200DMA at 6,688.
