Friday’s selloff changed market character. We failed from the ATH zone near 7630, lost prior breakout structure, and flushed directly into major support around 7360. This is no longer a straight momentum trend higher — market is now in a reaction phase.
That means:
No blind dip buying
No chasing weakness late
Focus shifts to reaction quality at key levels
The higher timeframe question now becomes:
👉 Was Friday a liquidation flush that creates a squeeze higher?
or
👉 The beginning of a larger corrective leg lower?

🟥 Resistance
7425–7450 = first reclaim zone
7490–7525 = major lower-high area
Bigger sellers likely defend this region if reached
🟩 Support
7360–7320 = critical support zone

Losing this cleanly opens:

Scenario 1️⃣ — Short Covering Bounce (Most Likely Early)
After Friday’s emotional flush, market may attempt a relief squeeze.
What I’m watching:
Hold above 7360
Strong reclaim back above overnight value
Acceptance above 7425
If that happens:
➡️ odds increase for push toward 7490–7525 later this week
BUT:
That area likely becomes the higher timeframe short zone unless buyers fully reclaim structure.
Scenario 2️⃣ — Immediate Breakdown
If ES cannot hold 7360 and sellers stay aggressive:
Watch for:
failed bounces
weak reclaim attempts
continuation acceptance lower
Then targets become:
7320
7300
potentially lower expansion later in week
